LOYALTY POINTS

We know your pets will love our products. So to reward your loyalty, for every £1 you spend at Pets Direct, you'll receive 1 reward point.

REFERRAL POINTS

Introduce a new friend to Pets Direct, and not only will they receive reward points, but you'll receive reward points for every pound they spend on every order! So for example, if your friend spends £50 you will earn a fantastic 50 reward points. Your friend needs to place the referral code you send them in the voucher box at checkout for them to be activated.

REWARD POINTS

There's no limit to the amount of points you can collect and there's certainly no limit to the friends you can introduce to Pets Direct. If you're a successful recruiter, your Pets Direct shopping trolley will be over-flowing with free products from us every week!

WHAT ARE THEY WORTH?

Each point earned equates to £0.01 off any order (i.e. 100 points gets you £1)

HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT SPENDING REWARD POINTS?

Spending your points is just easy as acquiring them; you then just pay the remaining balance in the normal way.

While shopping you'll see how many points you have to use and at the checkout you can choose to spend your points as part of the payment.

For every 100 points you collect, you can deduct £1 from your next Pets Direct order. Your points are yours to spend for 365 days from the day you receive them and we'll always use your oldest points.

The value of points redeemed cannot exceed the value of the order.

WHERE DO I FIND MY REFERRAL CODE?

Your exclusive referral code can be found in the Rewards Points tab of your Profile.

The code can be used multiple times, so don't be shy about sharing it!

HOW CAN I START SPREADING THE NEWS?

We know you'll do it your way, but here are some ideas:

  • Share on Twitter and Facebook
  • Tell your family and friends (use the refer your friend function in your profile and we'll send them an email)
  • Introduce Pets Direct to your friends, family and work colleagues. Why not get your pets to show them the products you’ve bought! Print your referral code out on a piece of paper with the Pets Direct URL on it and hand it over!
  • Another great way is by posting messages on forums and writing articles on blogs. Again pop your referral code on there, there is no limit on the number of times it's used so the more people that see it the greater the chance you have of getting your favourite products on us!

HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE

You can see the number of points you have in the following places:

  • At the top of your profile page
  • My Profile Summary
  • Reward Points tab in your Profile
  • In your shopping basket

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Having an account with Pets Direct will give you access to the reward scheme programme. We reserve the rights to change the reward scheme at any time without prior notice. The points balance on the reward scheme is not a recognised currency. The points cannot be transferred, exchanged or reproduced. Your points can only be redeemed at Pets Direct.

All points that have been issued to you will have a 365 day expiry date. You will use your older points first. The points you collect must be used for online purchases - they cannot be used via any other purchasing method. Only one account can be created per customer. Any abuse of this system will result in a suspension of both accounts created.

Reward points are issued for each £1 spent (rounded down to the nearest pound) on individual products and not the total basket.

We hold the rights to remove or suspend the points gained from the reward point scheme at any point.

Reward points can only be used as a payment for the first transaction of a subscription order. Subsequent orders can only be paid for by using the stored payment card.

Customers can view an audit trail of all orders and referral transactions that affected their reward points in their Profile section.
